Special Board of Directors Meeting

CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by President Bob James.
Cluster 2: no director (Terry Dunn (A) resigned 8/31)

Cluster 9: Jeanne Berry (A)
Cluster 8/11: Ray Kerce

- Vote on sale of unit #112 in Cl. 3/14, owner Helena W. Phillips estate to buyer Samuel L. Rodriguez.. Membership Committee recommends approval. Purchase made for his mother’s occupancy. Jack Marr made the motion, Gino Graziose the 2nd, to approve the sale. Passed. Jan Kalmbach, Ray Kerce, Anne Ryan opposed.
- Other business: : Allied said we do not need to approve/disapprove sales/rentals in a noticed meeting. Bob James confirmed this with our attorney Chuck Straub. Therefore he proposed that the Board make it policy going forward that when the folders are reviewed in the office, instead of Directors initialing that they have read the file, they initial that they approve or disapprove the file. The vote will be announced at the next meeting, and put into the minutes. Ray Kerce made the motion, Anne Ryan the 2nd, passed unanimously.
GOOD OF THE ORDER: The president thanked Sharon for taking the minutes to save Boundbrook money. He also asked if anyone would ask another owner to take the minutes for September 22 until Christine is back. He asked that we think of her as she is undergoing a minor heart procedure soon.
Jack Marr asked that all our regular Board meetings be at 7 p.m. and everyone agreed. Because the meeting Agenda is already out to meet legal requirements, we will have to make this agenda change manually for the 22 Sept. meeting.
ADJOURNMENT: Jack Marr made the motion, Anne Ryan the second, to adjourn. All were in favor.
NEXT MEETING: September 22 at 7 p.m.
